CLINORARECORD

/klɪˈnɔː.rə ˈrɛk.ərd/

A local-first mobile work diary that helps CRCs and CRAs capture today's work while it is fresh and carry reviewed experience into tomorrow's career.

CLINORA RECORD thread mark connecting daily work to a long career

Starting question

How can today's clinical-research work be recorded safely and become a career record owned by the individual?

Sponsors and institutions keep trial records, but an individual's years of work can shrink to a single résumé line. CLINORA RECORD records daily work, anonymized study context, and whether each experience was performed as a CRC or CRA without collecting patient identifiers or source trial records. Reviewed facts can become reflections, résumé statements, and a PDF Career Passport.

CLINORA RECORD brand mark

Clinical work diary · Career archive

Capture today's work before it disappears, then carry reviewed facts into a career record you own.

01 · CAPTURE

Record it while it is fresh

Keep a short, useful memory of tasks, daily work, unusual issues, and lessons before context fades.

02 · PRIVACY

Designed not to collect patient identifiers

There are no fields for patient names, subject IDs, or medical-record numbers, and free text is screened locally before it is saved.

03 · CAREER

Turn fragments into career continuity

Connect reviewed work memories to reflection, Korean and global résumé statements, and a PDF Career Passport.

From today to career

One record, carried forward into a career.

Instead of cataloguing every screen, the product flow is condensed into four moments a visitor can understand quickly.

  1. 01

    Enter safely

Move from the splash screen and optional biometric lock into Today, where tasks, quick capture, and past memories share one daily context.

SPLASH → SECURE ENTRY → TODAY
  2. 02

    Capture, then review

Quick Record checks for possible personal-data patterns on the device. Suggestions never overwrite the original note; the user reviews and applies them before saving.

QUICK RECORD → PRIVACY CHECK → REVIEW
  3. 03

    Preserve study and role context

Studies use anonymized aliases alongside common GCP checks and protocol-version context. Plum CRC and lime CRA tiles and badges keep the role visible in study details and the career archive.

STUDIES → GCP CHECK → CRC / CRA ROLE
  4. 04

    Carry it into your career

Even within the same study, the record preserves whether the work was performed as a CRC or CRA. Reviewed facts become career statements, a timeline, and a Career Passport; settings hold the lock and encrypted backup controls.

CAREER ARCHIVE → PASSPORT → BACKUP

Current beta screens

Two moments from the working flow.

These are captures from the development build with demo data enabled. Every person, study, and work record shown is fictional.

Scope & release boundary

Implemented beta and launch work are shown separately.

Implemented in the current beta build
  • Today dashboard, tasks and reminders, and quick work-log capture
  • Encrypted local database, optional biometric lock, and pre-save personal-data pattern screening
  • Anonymized studies, shared GCP checks, protocol-version context, and CRC/CRA role distinction
  • Role-aware career statements, timeline, and PDF Career Passport
  • Encrypted backup and restore for the same device
Still required before public release
  • Final app identifiers, store signing, submission, and distribution setup
  • One-time purchase registration and production billing connection
  • Final privacy-policy and support URLs plus platform QA
  • A separate proxy and operating boundary if the optional remote note assistant is offered
  • Final supported platforms, scope, and release timing

Pattern screening is a final warning layer, not a guarantee of de-identification. The current encrypted backup is for restoration on the same device, not yet a cross-device migration format.
